Alessandro Bisagni, our Founder and President, will be speaking at the ULI Asia Pacific Summit 2026. The event takes place 25–27 May at the Shangri-La Qiantan in Shanghai.
This year’s theme is Connect With the Future of Urban Development. More than 700 leaders across real estate, finance, planning, and technology will gather to explore how global perspectives and local innovation are shaping urban growth in Asia Pacific.
For Alessandro, the platform is a familiar one. BEE has been a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Asia Pacific, and our team joined the 2025 Summit in Hong Kong. The Summit returns to Shanghai this year — the city where BEE was founded in 2009, and the city our global headquarters still calls home. That makes this edition a particularly meaningful one for the team.

A Program Shaped by the Moment
This year’s agenda covers the questions defining cities right now. The 30+ sessions include AI-enabled real estate, climate resilience, adaptive reuse, housing attainability, and capital market trends. Beyond the keynote stage, the ULI Asia Pacific Summit 2026 will host curated study tours across Shanghai’s landmark developments. Tours run from the heritage lanes of the North Bund to the next-generation CBD of Qiantan, pairing strategic dialogue with on-the-ground learning.
About the Urban Land Institute
Founded in 1936, the Urban Land Institute is a global non-profit dedicated to the future of the built environment. Its work focuses on responsible land use and city-building. More than 48,000 members worldwide carry that mission forward, with over 3,000 based across Asia Pacific. ULI is a leading platform for cross-sector dialogue among developers, investors, architects, planners, policymakers, ESG leaders, and technology innovators.
We are grateful to ULI for the invitation. We look forward to the conversations ahead — one project, and one city, at a time. If you will be at the ULI Asia Pacific Summit 2026, please come by and say hello.
See you in Shanghai!
