When people talk about smart buildings, what exactly does it mean? It also goes over concepts of how some companies are looking to get their “X amount of money back” our Founder and Managing Director, Alessandro Bisagni, is quoted in saying, in context to the indirect impact the changes in working culture and environment factors have on the bottom line. Alessandro continues “That’s the point of these labs. What actions do we take that improve productivity? Then eventually we can get to a quantitative figure, then get to a monetary quality. That’s the holy grail. Once we get to that figure, we are good to go.”
