BEE collaborated with Gucci on the LEED certification for several of their stores in China, including their flagship store in Tianjin, which achieved LEED v2009 CI Platinum Certification.

BEE also implemented our QLEAR Intelligent Building Management system in order to measure key aspects of the stores energy consumption. With this detailed understanding of the store’s energy consumption, we were able to realize a 15% increase in energy efficiency for the already certified LEED CI GOLD project, significantly furthering the savings of the retail’s space’s annual operation & maintenance bills.
